Spinnaker club members competed in the Area J1 speech contests held in Karori on Saturday 15 February 2025.
The results were:
Megan, 2nd in the International Contest
Ron, 2nd in the Evaluation Contest
Dieter, 2nd in the Table Topics Contest
Jacqui (3rd in Table Topics), Angela (3rd in International) and Jocelyn (unplaced in Evaluation) also competed today.
That means Megan, Ron and Dieter will represent Spinnaker and Area J1 in the Division J Contests to be held on 5 April in Upper Hutt.
