2023-24 club achievements

Spinnaker Toastmasters Club is a high achieving club, having earned all the Educational and Administration Goals, and 4 new members during the 2023-24 Toastmasters year, that’s a total of 8 out of 10 goals.

Club members achieved the following educational awards:

4 level 1 Pathways awards
4 level 2 Pathways awards
2 level 3 Pathways awards
3 level 4 or 5 Pathways awards

There are five levels in Pathways, and each level has a number of projects to be completed, including giving speeches, team building, leadership and events. Members give speeches at every meeting and participate in other meeting roles such as grammarian, timekeeper, table topics master and evaluators.

On the membership front, the club signed up 4 new members during the year.

Six club officers attended District-sponsored training during the year where they learnt more about their roles and connected with other club officers doing the same role.

For the two administration goals, the club renewed their membership dues and submitted their club officer list on time.
