Immediate Past President Katina presented Distinguished Toastmaster Dale with a Toastmasters plaque acknowledging 25 years continuous membership of Toastmasters, and the Spinnaker club.
During her presentation, Katina said that Dale has been a member of Spinnaker Toastmasters Club since 1 May 1998 when she joined as a Speechcrafter, completing her first Competent Toastmaster award in March 1999.
Dale has completed a number of awards, went on to complete her Distinguished Toastmaster Award in December 2006.
Dale has belonged to 4 clubs altogether, and helped to charter three of them.
She was the District Webmaster for a number of years, and received a Presidential Citation on 1 August 2005 for services to Toastmasters NZ.
She has held every club role, some of them several times, and has been an Area Governor. Currently Dale is the VP Public Relations.
At the moment, Dale is working on the Motivational Strategies Pathway, having already completed the Presentation Mastery Path. She participates in every aspect of the club and especially enjoys the special relationships and camaraderie of Spinnaker Toastmasters.
